The Global Fluid Power Society is an international scientific networking organization registered in the United States as a Non Profit Organization.
Current GFPS legal address is at the Secretary of the Board office, which is located at Purdue University, Indiana (USA). The Secretary of the Board is also the Registered Agent for GFPS.
The Chairman of the Board represents GFPS to the public, while the Secretary is responsible for the website, the treasuring and administrates the list of GFPS participants
